An officer on patrol in Scarsdale near the intersection of Huntington Avenue and Post Road shortly at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Monday, July 1, stopped Elmsford resident Wilson Miller, 28, when he was caught speeding in the area.

During the traffic stop, Miller presented a New York State non-driver’s ID card and was not in possession of a valid license. Police said that a DMV check during the stop determined that Miller had his license revoked nine times on four separate dates for failing to answer a summons in White Plains twice and Elmsford five times. He also failed to pay fines twice in the Bronx.

Miller was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and cited for speeding. Following his processing, Miller was released on $100 cash bail and scheduled to appear in Scarsdale Village Court on Wednesday, July 17.
